Interior Design Sales Support
  • Handle sales enquiries and follow through all design activities from conceptualization to completion of project.
  • Consult with clients to determine the design concept and its requirements.
  • Provide professional advice on space planning, comprehensive design and materials to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide a visual by using computer software to present the design ideas, and ensure the concept is feasible and functional with client’s requirements.
  • Plan and execute the project activities and manage on-site project to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of project.
  • Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality of works are met with client’s requirements.
  • Good time management, organization & prioritization skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines and to meet deadlines.

  • Min Diploma in Interior Design / Graphic Design or equivalent.

Production Supervisor
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for the production team to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to the established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost and wastage targets; and quality standards.
  • Optimize the resources available to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production targets set by the Management. Communicate with upstream departments to ensure required information and material is available to start production as planned.
  • Supervise the production activities to ensure the team is on track within the planned targets. Identify potential problems and reorganize resources to maintain the plan.
  • Frequently communicate with QC team to ensure the products are within the quality specification. Review quality reports to identify the root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure production operators adhere to SOP and production rules and regulations at any time.
  • Monitor general machine/equipment maintenance duties.
  • Ensure production reports and quality records are updated and properly documented.
  • Ensure new operators undergo the On-The-Job training and follow effective training schedule to become competent in performing their daily tasks.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of production and adhere to safety & health practices at all times.
  • Perform ad-hoc task from time to time as assigned by the Factory Manager.


  • Min SPM/STPM/Certificate in any discipline
  • Min 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Quality Management System ISO9001 is an added advantage

Senior Graphic Designer
  • Conceptualize the design of all the Point of Sales (POS) materials such as posters, banners, flyers and flag-lines for any ad-hoc event such as Warehouse Sales, opening for new branches, exhibition and etc.
  • To spearhead the A&P, Events & Graphic Design Department in planning, implementation and monitoring of all advertising and promotional activities.

Social Media Specialist
  • Establish and design Company’s account across all social networking channels including basic updating of Corporate’s website.
  • Create and place digital advertisement on a variety of ad networks (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive social media strategies and marketing techniques to increase visibility and traffic across all brands and products.
  • Prepare daily social media content and response to all online feedback promptly.
